HOW TO ORDER

Ordering Offline
We accept orders via Mail and email.

We don’t accept via Phone.

Our Working timings are from 10:00 AM To 6:00 PM IST, Monday through Friday.

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
Personal checks and money orders are not acceptable forms of payment at this time.

Volume Discounts
If you need a large quantity of specific items for purchase, please email us at sales@skyganga.com and we will be able to assist you.

ORDERING POLICY

Email notification:
When your order has been placed online, you will receive an automated email stating that your order has been accepted and will be processed. If you would like to receive a tracking number for your shipped items, please email sales@skyganga.com  and we will send you the information.

Backorders:
When your order has been placed online, you will receive an automated email stating that your order has been accepted and will be processed. If you would like to receive a tracking number for your shipped items, please email sales@skyganga.com, and we will send you the information.
Items are subject to availability, and inventory is current as of last business day. If your item is backordered, we will notify you, should you wish to take further action towards your order. If your item is backordered, and you have indicated expedited shipping, we will ship this item in that method, unless you specify that you would prefer ground shipping due to the delay in receiving your package.

Credit card processing:
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Your credit card will be treated safely and securely, and we will not distribute your information to any third party. If you feel there is discrepancy on your charge, please contact us at: sales@skyganga.com

PRODUCT RETURN

How to return your product
If you are dissatisfied with your items, you may return them for a full refund of the transaction value or exchange of the product. SKYGANGA will levy a charge amounting to 10% of the transaction value on account of payment charges.

Please note that items may be returned as long as:

  • It is within 7 days of receipt of your items.
  • The items are unopened, and in the same shape as received.
  • Defective items are received with all parts and accessories intact.
  • You are providing a valid reason for return and you have obtained an explicit acceptance for the same from the original manufacturer / supplier for the specific and/ or products.
  • You are returning the items with an issued RMA number from the vendor/manufacturer.

We cannot, and will not accept packages without an RMA approved by Sky Ganga & OEM.

To return your merchandise, please email us at sales@skyganga.com with the following information:

  • The full name of the person to whom the order was billed.
  • Your order number and/or PO number (if you received one)
  • The approximate date of order placement
  • The items that you wish to return.
  • A reason for return, if the items are defective.

You will hear from us within 1-2 business days of receiving the return request. We cannot accept order returns via telephone, for security reasons.

Return Policy
For your convenience, SKYGANGA offers a full credit return of merchandise amount for defective and stock balance merchandise return. All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Cancel Order 
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@skyganga.com Cancellation not accepted telephonically.
Please note that once the material/product has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel an order. Such cancellation requests will be treated as product return. Please refer to the terms of product return.

When canceling, please supply the following:

  • The full name of the person to whom the order was billed.
  • Your order number and/or PO number (if you received one)
  • The approximate date of order placement.
  • The items that you wish to cancel.
  • A written approval from the original manufacturer of the product/s in case the material was shipped before being requested for cancel.
  • All electronics licence and paper licence are non cancellable in nature once the order is processed.
  • PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products come with their original manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the original product warranty from manufacturer; SKYGANGA is not responsible for product warranty.
